Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to ProdStudio, including the website, hosted web app, macOS app, and related services.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ProdStudio. By using ProdStudio, you agree to these terms. If you are using ProdStudio for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
If you have questions, contact us at ben@woven.my.
2. What ProdStudio Does
ProdStudio helps developers run coding agents on their Mac, manage local repositories and worktrees, create and control agent chats, attach files and notes, inspect workspace status, and track progress from the web. The product combines a hosted web app with a macOS app that performs local actions on your machine.
3. Accounts
You need an account for most product features. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, for the activity that happens through your account, and for promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate account information and use ProdStudio only if you can legally enter into this agreement.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of your content. In these terms, your content includes prompts, chat messages, attachments, repository and workspace metadata, runtime outputs, diagnostic files you choose to send, and other material you submit or make available through ProdStudio.
You grant ProdStudio a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, process, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to ProdStudio and to any third-party tools or AI providers you use with it.
5. Local Code, Agents, And Automation
ProdStudio can run commands, create or modify files, manage git worktrees and branches, inspect pull requests, and ask local or third-party AI runtimes to act on your instructions. These actions can change code, commit history, branches, pull requests, local files, and other development assets.
You are responsible for reviewing agent work before relying on it, shipping it, merging it, deleting data, or granting it access to sensitive systems. Keep independent backups of important repositories and files.
6. Third-Party Services
ProdStudio relies on third-party services for features such as authentication, backend storage and sync, app updates, hosting, GitHub workflows, and AI runtimes. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
When you connect or use tools such as GitHub CLI, Codex, Claude, or another runtime, ProdStudio may send the prompts, attachments, repository context, tool outputs, or commands needed to carry out your request. ProdStudio is not responsible for third-party services or for content they process outside ProdStudio.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ProdStudio to:
- violate laws or the rights of others;
- access systems, repositories, or accounts without authorization;
- submit content that you do not have permission to use;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt ProdStudio or its infrastructure;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, or access controls;
- use the service to distribute malware or intentionally harmful code.
8. Product Changes And Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Some features may be experimental, invite-only, usage-limited, or made available only on specific platforms. We may stop providing the service or any part of it, but where practical we will try to give reasonable notice.
9. Fees
If ProdStudio offers paid features, the pricing and payment terms shown at purchase apply. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid.
10. ProdStudio Materials
ProdStudio owns the service, software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide, except for your content and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create competing services from ProdStudio except as allowed by law or by a separate written license.
11. Disclaimers
ProdStudio is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, unsafe, insecure, or wrong. ProdStudio does not guarantee that generated code, commands, summaries, pull request actions, or diagnostics will be correct or suitable for your use.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProdStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or repository damage arising from your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProdStudio's total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use ProdStudio in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
13. Termination
You may stop using ProdStudio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for ProdStudio or others, or use the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm.
14. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of ProdStudio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
